Sidewinder Side Charge Proof Research Competition Rifle

The Precision Firearms Sidewinder Side Charge Rifle is for the Advanced Rifleman that expects performance at long ranges. Proof Research 24 inch Carbon Fiber Wrapped Barrel will shoot under .5 MOA at 100 Yards. PRI Carbon Fiber Handguard is extremely strong, lightweight, and comfortable. Does not feel cold or hot. Lower receiver is machined Billet with integral trigger guard and fitted to receiver for a snug fit without wobble. But the huge difference is the Side Charge Upper Receiver. Made right here in our WV facility, this 7075 T6 Billet Upper has the ability to allow the user to charge from the right side similar to a bolt rifle. The handle reciprocates and can be used as a forward assist. It also allows the user to charge without the difficulty of working under the scope. A redundant milspec type charging handle is also standard. The PF LMD brake dampens felt recoil to less than most 5.56 stock rifles.
