The Aero Precision low profile gas block is manufactured from hardened 4150 chrome moly steel with a corrosion resistant salt bath nitride finish. With a low-profile design to fit under almost any free float handguard on the market, so you can fully customize your rifle. These AR-15 gas blocks are made in the U.S.A. and include a set of steel 10-32 x 3/16 knurled cup point set screws for securely attaching them to your barrel. With precise machining tolerances, you can expect perfect match to your barrel with .625” gas block journal and is compatible with all rifle and carbine length gas tubes. The time is now to upgrade your AR-15 and the Aero Precision low profile gas block is the solution if you plan on free floating your barrel.

NOTE: Aero Precision does not recommend the use of red thread locker on the set screws. If you decide to use thread locker, they recommend using a non-permanent variety.

The Geissele Gas Block Pin Punch Set is made specifically for the removal and installation of the 0.078" roll pin that secures the gas tube to the gas block of an AR-15/AR-10. Removal of a rusted-in gas block roll pin has always been a challenge since there are no commercial pin punches in 0.078" diameter. Additionally, 1/16" (0.062") punches have a tendency to bend and very few starter punches are available in 1/16" diameter. 

The Geissele Gas Block Pin Punch Set makes gas block work a whole lot easier. The first punch to grab when removing the roll pin is the Starter Punch. This is the punch with the long, tapered end. The long taper is much more resistant to bending and buckling than the straight shank of the Pin Punch. Use the Starter Punch to get the roll pin moving. Then, use the Pin Punch to drive the roll pin out completely. The Geissele Gas Block Pin Punch Set is  made from properly hardened and tempered 01 tool steel. The Gas Block Pin Punch Set is considered a consumable item, meaning they will eventually wear out and will need to be replaced.
