Precision-machined carrier and bolt manufactured for us to our specifications.  All components, including bolt and gas key, have a uniform matte black Parkerized finish. All metals, Hardness, and Coating meet or exceed Mil-spec. Carrier coated with Phalanx (Black Nitride) Coating for extreme wear and corrosion resistance. Bolts are made by CM from Carpenter 158 Steel. Carrier are faceted to add a bit of weight and give that extra custom look to the rifle. Each is test fired to insure you will not have problems.

The LCH7 is Lancer’s flagship free-floating carbon fiber handguard which has been painstakingly engineered to reduce weight while improving the overall strength and accuracy of the AR-10 platform.

The JPGS-8D is our minimized large bore design intended to mount underneath many hand guard models on the market. Its two-piece design allows for easier installations even on barrels with pin-and-weld muzzle treatments.

This model features our new click-adjustable detent system for precise adjustments and secure retention of your gas screw. Never lose you gas setting or screw.

Package includes gas block, attachment hardware, adjustment set screw, detent mechanism hardware (pre-installed), roll pin for gas tube installation, wrenches and instruction sheet.

Installation of this has block requires tapping the adjustment screw hole. We offer a suitable 6-32 bottoming tap if you do not have one ready to hand.

Installation:

The 6.5 Grendel version of the JP EnhancedBolt™ is compatible with any AR-15 platform using a Mil-spec bolt carrier and 6.5 Grendel sub-components. This is a Type II bolt assembly and conforms to current SAAMI spec. for the 6.5 Grendel cartridge.
