The MS1 Padded Sling is an optimized, dedicated two-point sling that serves equally well in a one-point role when using optional adapters. Built around our MS1 slider, this system provides rapid adjustments to either lengthen or shorten the sling with no slipping once set, and no tails, loops, or other potential snag hazards. In a two-point role, the MS1 allows easy shoulder transitions, rapid adjustability for hands free rifle carry and shooting support from various positions. The MS1 system also has a series of adapters that are sold separately and based on the MS3® and MS4™ slings. By adding the appropriate adapter (available with Paraclip™ or QD Sling Swivel) for the sling, you can easily add one-point functionality to your MS1.

Driven by the operational experience of Magpul Core™ instructors, the MS3 Multi-Mission Sling System was designed to give a versatile weapon-retention solution for a multitude of tactical environments and missions. As a standalone product, the rapidly-convertible MS3 allows an operator to leverage the maneuverability of one-point attachment for direct action, or two-point attachment for stability. Single-hand adjustments and quick-release, positive-locking hardware provide flexibility and durability in a truly adaptable sling system. Used in conjunction with the Magpul ASAP® plate (sold separately), the MS3 enables seamless transitions into an array of shooting positions without getting bound or fouled. The MS3 concept allows switching from Weapon Shoulder to Reaction Shoulder for shooting around corners, under vehicles, or to minimize exposure. The MS3 can also increase operator survivability by keeping the weapon in the fight in case of injury to the operator's shoulder, arm, or hand. The MS3 GEN 2 incorporates a new low profile quick-adjust Slider which minimizes bulk and allows for secure, yet effortless, sling adjustment. Webbing length has also been increased for a comfortable fit with all body types and armor configurations.

In testing, the sling had to survive tens of thousands of cycles in wet, dry and sandy conditions, static load testing without slippage for 72 hours and weighted six foot dynamic drop tests. In addition to the controlled lab tests, we also swam it, jumped it, hunted with it, hiked into the mountains with it, and most importantly shot with it in a variety of rugged field conditions.

The MS1 Sling is made entirely in the USA, and is fully Berry Amendment compliant.

It's now generally accepted that tactical slings should be mounted on the side of the weapon. As more and more operators require a QD Sling Swivel, GG&G started manufacturing an AR15 QD Sling Adapter that provides this mounting position to fill that specific mission requirement.

Our Front And Rear Quick deatch Sling Things are a lightweight, durable, easy-to-install and inexpensive sling mounts. Our QD Front Sling Thing installs easily onto the AR15/M16's "A-frame" front sight assembly, on either the right or left sides using socket head cap screws. Mounted high in this manner "rifle roll" is completely prevented. The Quick Detach Rear Sling Thing is designed for easy attachment to the AR15/M16 collapsible stock in the same manner. You know have a choice of either the standard 1 1/4 " QD sling swivel or the heavy duty QD model. Although the standard QD swivel provides great performance, the heavy duty model provides additional benefits like a larger quick detach button for an easier and quicker transition and a thicker wire diameter to provide a more robust sling attachment surface. Both QD sling swivels are bead blasted and manganeese phosphated in a non-reflective matte black mil-spec finish.

Manufactured from tough 6061 T6 billet aluminum alloy, the body of all of the Sling Things are Type III hard-coat anodized in a matte black combat finish. Our Quick Detach Sling Things are compatible with the Surefire Millenium 500 flashlight forearm.

All of GG&G's sling mounts and sling adapters for the AR15 and M16 are made in the USA at our Tucson Arizona factory to the specifications of military and police forces who use them in the field.
