Precision CNC Billet Upper  receiver with Midwest SS 15 inch rail with 4 inch rails attached at 3,6 and 9 positions and low profile gas block with finish ring. Les Baer barrel in 1-8" twist. Les Baer is famous for making match barrels and have put their expertise in this barrel. Bolt is matched to barrel by Les Baer. This barrel will stabilize all 6.5 mm bullets. This barrel is one of the best barrels we have ever seen. Hand lapped to perfection. This upper assembly will shoot better than .5 moa with match ammo! DOES include Les Bear Chrome National Match carrier, and Tactical Sog Armory charging handle.

Includes one 25 round mag, one 5 round mag.

Includes 3 boxes of ammo. One box of reman at 70.00. Two New boxes of whatever shoots the best for $85 per box.

Customer requests that we perform break-in using one of the 3 boxes of ammo ordered. Charge for break-in is $75.00.
