This upper has been a popular configuration at the local Gunshows we do and so we are offering it on the web too. Reports from the field are extremely positive with most clients reporting 5 shot - sub .5 moa at 200 yards. Lilja barrels are Stainless Steel, Heat Treated, Handlapped, Fluted, and stress relieved. Sights do not come with Upper. T6 Aluminum Billets receiver adds strength and harmonic dampening to the complete package. Precision Reflex Brake reduces recoil to 223 levels without affecting accuracy.
