Complete, .223/5.56mm AR-15 bolt and carrier assembly comes with all the parts, fully assembled, and ready to go. Drop it in your Milspec AR  and you’re ready to shoot. Precision-machined carrier and bolt manufactured for us to our specifications. True Mil-spec dimensions with AR15 Cut ensure proper fit and function in a wide variety of OEM and aftermarket upper receivers. All components, including bolt and gas key, have a uniform matte black Parkerized finish for extra strength and corrosion resistance. All metals, Hardness, and Coating are True Mil-spec. Manufactured by a Mil Contractor. We contracted with them to build our carrier to the exact same spec except for the rear bolt cutout requested by the ATF. Interiors of the carrier and carrier key are hard-chromed for additional durability and to aid in clockwork reliability. Many commericially available carrier groups are not built to these exacting standards. We have tested over 15 different brands and found only 2 brands that passed the Rockwell test and maganese phosphate as speced by the Mil-standard. This is when we decided to have our carrier built to our specification! Why trust one of the most important parts to "who knows who" built it parts!

Tactical Charging handle has oversized latch to assist operation when using optics or in tactical situation or when wearing gloves. Handle body is anodized aluminum with steel latch. Latch contact area is 5/8 inch square and extends 13/16 inch from handle body.

Rails for Customizable Forearm System

Made from aircraft quality aluminum and hardcoated to Mil. Specs. These rails are 1/4" tall and come in 5 different sizes to accomodate your specific shooting needs. Made in standard picatinny configuration. Mounting screws included. These rails will co-witness with a flat top upper receiver. NTOA (National Tactical Officers Association) tested and recommended.

Carbine Chrome lined Rifled Barrel by Yankee Hill Machine

These barrels are threaded 1/2”-28 to accept our sound suppressors, flash hiders, muzzle brakes, and other accessories. Chambered in 5.56 NATO. Made from chrome-moly vanadium steel and chrome lined. 1-7" twist. Average groups are around 1.25 inch.
