STIR - "Soft Target Interdiction Rifle" - 204 Ruger

This is our custom built AR-15 204 Ruger Complete Rifle Especially Designed for Varmint, Match, and Competition Applications.

24 inch Lilja barrel is free floated with a YHM Smooth Four Rail hybrid Handguard. Paired with our Billet CNC Upper and our own Billet CNC Lower with upper to lower Tension Screw. Lilja barrel is fluted and rifled with 1-12" twist. Barrel is hand-lapped to perfection. Head-space checked and paired with bolt and checked again after assembly. This barrel will shoot under .5 MOA. Reports from the field and from industry testers have proven 1 ragged hole at 100 yard capability. DOES include Precision Firearms bolt and carrier assembly with a Nickel-Boron Coating to reduce friction and ease in cleaning.

Lower is Billet Precision Firearms with Upper to Lower Tension Screw.

• Removable Winter Trigger Guard
• Geissele 2 Stage Trigger (2 lbs first stage with 1.5 additional second) as standard equipment or opt for a Timney 3 lbs Single Stage Match Trigger. Both are extremely crisp and 100% reliable. 
• Hogue Rubberized Grip to reduce slipping and increase comfort.
• Built on our own CNC Billet Precision Firearms Lower. Our Lowers are made from Billet 7075 and are Extremely strong with a tension screw adjustment to tighten any play between upper and lower. 
• Our Uppers are CNC machined from 7075 Billet and have Forward Assist, Port Cover, and Shell Deflector.
• Finished with mil-spec, hard-coat, Type III black anodizing for protection from scratches, mars, and abrasion.
• MagPul PRS - Precision Rifle Stock with adjustable cheek piece and length of pull.
• Standard equipment includes a tactical charging handle - now Upgraded to a Gunfighter MOD 3!
• (2) 20 Round Magpul mags (some states will receive 10 Round Stainless Steel mags)
• GGG-1125 Bipod (pictured with Harris which is discontinued by us) Now upgraded to GGG Bipod

All Components are made in the USA except for the barrel which is manufactured in Germany.

We are a FFL licensed manufacturer. This Complete Rifle can be sold to an individual – But will need to be transferred through your local FFL. Your FFL must contact us and we will ship to them. You must make the arraignments, we will help the best we can. You must be able to pick-up and complete transaction through your local FFL. Your local FFL will charge you for this transfer (rate are normally in the $25-$40 range). You must be able to pass the required background check. DO NOT purchase if you cannot agree to this! Payment is due before rifle ships. You are responsible to know the laws in your area! This is our custom built AR-15 Upper Assembly with Superlative Arms Gas Piston. This is the "cadillac" upper we call the SuperNova 204. 20 inch Krieger Stainless Steel Barrel chambered in 204 Ruger 1-11 Twist! Fortis Switch MLOK 15" Handguard. Mil-spec upper receiver with M4 Feedramps with Totally Free Floated Barrel. We double check head-space and test fire after assembly. This barrel will stabilize all 204 bullets up to 32 grains and most 40 grain bullets. Krieger barrels are the among the Best in the Business!

Extended Latch charging handle makes loading with a scope easier.

Absolutely no modifications required to lower. Uses the same mags as any 223/5.56. Will mate to any quality Mil-spec lower except some Colts with the Large diameter take-down pins. We do stock the adapter pins for these Colts.
 

Mil spec Receiver: 7075, T6 aluminum, flattop rail, accepts Weaver-style rings and your tactical accessories. Finished with mil-spec, hard-coat, black anodizing for protection from scratches, mars, and abrasion.

Superlative Arms Gas piston system. We have tested several other gas piston systems and have settled on the Superlative Arms for dependability and ease of cleaning and adjustment. Has positions for full piston charge, reduced piston charge for suppressors and no piston charge for single shot firing. The Fortis Switch MLOK Handguard is extremely comfortable and has a latch system to easily remove handguard for cleaning the piston system.

This is one sweet silky smooth upper assembly! It is truly impressive.

This Extremely Accurate 204 Ruger Rifle comes equipped to punch tiny groups in paper or be the terror of a pararie dog town. Easily shoots under .5 MOA! Matched Upper and Lower for Tightest Fit. Barrel is our own proprietary 1-10 Twist that will stablize all bullets from 30 to 50 grains. Blanks made by Bartlein, cut rifled and lapped. Our SuperMatch Carriers are Nickel Boron coated for consistent lock times and ease of cleaning. PF LMD brake cuts recoil to almost nonexistent. Everyone that shoots these rifles is impression with the rock steady feel and amazing accuracy.
